Competition 2005
The Lough Boora
Parklands area offers huge potential to all photographers. For the
Third year in a row an amateur competition with a prize fund of
€1,000 is being organised.The competition is open to young
and old amateur photographers and entries must be received on or
before 1st November 2005.
The plan is
to encourage the progress of photography and to raise public awareness
of the Lough Boora Parklands Project. Our wish is to capture and
promote the unique and fascinating beauty in the area.
The judges will
be looking for entries that are innovative and consideration will
be given to picture content, originality, composition and use of
lighting. The main theme of this years competition is "Human
Activity in the Lough Boora Parklands Area"
